GGD 低壓固定式開(kāi)關(guān)柜適用于發(fā)電廠、變電站、工礦企業(yè)等電力用戶的頻率 50Hz，額定工作電壓 400V，額定工作電流 1600A 的配電系統(tǒng)，做為動(dòng)力、照明及配電設(shè)備的電能轉(zhuǎn)換、分配與控制之用。

產(chǎn)品具有分?jǐn)嗄芰Ω摺?dòng)熱穩(wěn)定性好、電氣方案靈活、 組合方便、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)， 結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、防護(hù)等級(jí)高等特點(diǎn)。可作為低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品使用。

GGD 低壓固定式開(kāi)關(guān)柜符合 IEC439《低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備和控制設(shè)備》，GB/T 7251.12-2013《低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for the power distribution system with 50Hz frequency, 400V rated working voltage and 1600A rated 

working current of power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is used for power conversion, distribution 

and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment. 

It has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, 

strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the replacement product of low-voltage switchgear. 

GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear meets IEC439 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear", GB/T 7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage switchgear and 

other standards.

◆周?chē)諝鉁囟炔桓哂?+40℃，不低于 -5℃。24h 以內(nèi)的平均溫度不得高于 +35℃。

◆戶內(nèi)安裝使用，使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度不得超過(guò) 2000m。

◆周?chē)諝庀鄬?duì)濕度在溫度為 +40℃時(shí)不超過(guò) 50％，在較低溫度時(shí)允許有較大的相對(duì)濕度。( 例如 +20℃時(shí)為 90％ ) 應(yīng)考慮到由于溫度變化可能會(huì)偶然產(chǎn)生凝露的影響。

◆設(shè)備安裝時(shí)與垂直面的傾斜度不超過(guò) 5°。

◆設(shè)備應(yīng)安裝在無(wú)劇烈震動(dòng)和沖擊的地方，以及不足以使電器元件受到腐蝕的場(chǎng)所。

◆用戶有要求時(shí)與制造廠協(xié)商解決。

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃ . The average temperature within 24h shall not be 

higher than +35℃ . 

◆ For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m. 

◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40 ℃ , and a higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower. (e.g., 90% at +20℃ ) The influence of condensation which may happen occasionally due to temperature change should be considered. 

◆ When the equipment is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5. 

◆ The equipment should be installed in places where there is no severe vibration and impact, and places where electrical components are not corroded enough. 

◆ If the user has special requirements, negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.

安裝與使用 Installation and use

產(chǎn)品到達(dá)收貨地點(diǎn)后，首先應(yīng)當(dāng)檢查包裝是否完整無(wú)損，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)通知有關(guān)部門(mén)查找原因，對(duì)于不立即安裝的產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)根據(jù)正常使用條件的規(guī)定，置于適當(dāng)?shù)膱?chǎng)所。

◆產(chǎn)品安裝

產(chǎn)品的安裝應(yīng)按安裝示意圖進(jìn)行 ( 見(jiàn)附圖 2)，基礎(chǔ)槽鋼和螺栓由用戶自備，主母線安裝時(shí)應(yīng)將搭接面修理平整，處理干凈，涂上中性凡士林或采取其他措施，然后螺栓緊固。

◆產(chǎn)品在安裝完畢后，投入運(yùn)行前需進(jìn)行如下項(xiàng)目的檢查與試驗(yàn)。

◇檢查柜體面漆有無(wú)脫落，柜內(nèi)是否干燥，清潔。

◇電器元件的操作機(jī)構(gòu)是否靈活，不應(yīng)有卡滯或操作力過(guò)大現(xiàn)象。

◇主要電器元件的通斷是否可靠、準(zhǔn)確，輔助接點(diǎn)的通斷是否可靠準(zhǔn)確。

◇儀表指示與互感器的變比及性是否正確。

◇母線連接是否良好，絕緣支撐件，安裝件及附件是否安裝牢固可靠。

◇輔助接點(diǎn)是否符合要求、熔斷器的熔芯規(guī)格是否正確，繼電器的整定值是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，動(dòng)作是否準(zhǔn)確。

◇電路的接點(diǎn)是否符合電器原理圖要求。

◇保護(hù)電路系統(tǒng)是否符合要求。

◇用 500 伏兆歐表測(cè)量絕緣電阻不得低于 10 兆歐。

◆ 使用注意事項(xiàng)

◇本產(chǎn)品為不靠墻安裝，單面 ( 正面 ) 操作，雙面開(kāi)門(mén)維修低壓配電柜。產(chǎn)品的維修通道及柜門(mén)，必須經(jīng)考核合格的人員方可進(jìn)入或開(kāi)啟進(jìn)行操作、檢

查和維修。

◇空氣斷路器，經(jīng)過(guò)多次合、分后，會(huì)使主觸頭局部燒傷和產(chǎn)生碳類物質(zhì)，使接觸電阻增大，應(yīng)定期對(duì)空氣斷路器按其使用說(shuō)明書(shū)進(jìn)行維護(hù)和檢修。

◇隔離開(kāi)關(guān)嚴(yán)禁帶負(fù)荷分合閘。

After the product arrives at the receiving place, it should first check whether the package is intact, notify the relevant departments to find out the reasons when problems are found, and put the products that are not installed immediately in an appropriate place according to the provisions of normal use conditions. 

◆ Product installation The installation of the products shall be carried out according to the installation schematic diagram (see attached figure 2). The foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. When the main bus is installed, the lap surface shall be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then bolted. 

◆ After the product is installed, the following items shall be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.

◇ Check whether the top paint of the cabinet falls off, and whether the cabinet is dry and clean. 

◇ Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force. 

◇ Whether the on-off of main electrical components is reliable and accurate, and 

whether the on-off of auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate. 

◇ Whether the ratio and polarity of instrument indication and transformer are correct. 

◇ Whether the bus connection is good, and whether the insulation supports, fittings and accessories are firmly and reliably installed. 

◇ Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements and whether the action is accurate. 

◇ Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram. 

◇ Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements. 

◇ The insulation resistance measured by 500-volt megohmmeter shall not be less than 10 megohmmeter. 

◆ Precautions for use 

◇ This product is not installed against the wall, operated on one side (front side), and opened on both sides to repair the low-voltage distribution cabinet. Product maintenance channels and doors must be opened or entered by qualified professionals for operation, inspection and maintenance. 

◇ Air switch, after many times of closing and separating, will make the main contact burn locally and produce carbon substances, which will increase the contact resistance. air switch should be regularly maintained and overhauled according to its operating instructions. 

◇ Isolating switch is strictly prohibited to switch on or off with load.

◆主電路配電系統(tǒng)圖和平面布置圖，額定工作電壓，額定工作電流，保護(hù)裝置整定電流以及必要的技術(shù)參數(shù)。

◆標(biāo)明進(jìn)出線電纜規(guī)格。

◆開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)主要電氣元件的型號(hào)，規(guī)格及數(shù)量。

◆如開(kāi)關(guān)柜之間或進(jìn)線柜需要母線橋或母線槽的， 需注明跨度、距地高度等具體要求數(shù)據(jù)。

◆開(kāi)關(guān)柜使用在環(huán)境條件時(shí)，應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。

When ordering, the user should provide: 

◆ Main circuit distribution system diagram and layout, rated working voltage, rated working current, setting current of protection device and necessary technical parameters.

◆ Indicate the specifications of incoming and outgoing cables. 

◆ Type, specification and quantity of main electrical components in switchgear. 

◆ If bus bridges or bus ducts are needed between switchgear cabinets or incoming cabinets, specific data such as span and height from the ground should be indicated. 

◆ When the switch cabinet is used in special environmental conditions, it should be explained in detail when ordering.

◆ Surface color of switchgear and other specific requirements.
