Dual Power Automatic Transfer Switch Operating Specifications:

1. When the power goes off for any reason and the power supply cannot be restored in a short period of time, the backup power supply must be enabled.

Steps:

(1) Cut off the circuit breakers of the mains power supply (including the circuit breakers of the control cabinet of the power distribution room, and the power supply relays of the dual power supply switching box), pull the double anti-reverse switch to the side of the self-provided power supply, and keep the self-provided power supply circuit breakers in the dual power switching box in the disconnected state;

(2) Start the standby power supply (diesel generator set), and when the standby unit is running normally, close the generator air switch and the circuit breakers in the self-provided power supply control cabinet in sequence;

(3) Each backup power circuit breaker in the closed power supply switching box one by one transmits power to each load;

(4) During the operation of the standby power supply, the operation duty personnel shall not leave the generator set, and adjust the voltage, plant frequency, etc. in time according to the change of load, and deal with abnormalities in time.

2. When the mains power is restored to power supply, the power conversion work should be done in time, the backup power supply should be cut off, and the mains power supply should be restored.

Steps:

(1) Disconnect each circuit breaker of the self-provided power supply one by one in order, the order is: double power switching box self-provided power circuit breaker + self-provided power distribution cabinet circuit breaker - + generator main switch - + dial the double switch to the mains power supply side;

(2) Stop according to the diesel engine shutdown steps;

(3) In order, close each circuit breaker one by one from the mains power supply main switch to each branch switch, and place the dual power supply switching box from the mains power supply circuit breaker in the closed position;

3. Check whether the instruments and indicator indicators are normal, and start the cooling fan in the transformer.
