DBS Plaza is one of the benchmark projects of Shenzhen's old renovation, with a building area of more than 230000 square meters and a building area of 23800 square meters. At the design and construction stages of the DBS Plaza project, the BIM technology of the building information model has been deeply applied, and the project has been successfully selected as a science and technology project in the field of engineering construction in Shenzhen in 2021. At the same time, the project has done a lot of exploration and practice in green construction, actively recycling rainwater and renewable building materials, achieving remarkable energy-saving and environmental protection results, and was rated as "green model construction site".
