It is understood that, compared with ordinary plates, the special plates for small new energy vehicles are gradually green, and the special plates for large new energy vehicles are yellow and green; The special license plate number of new energy vehicles has been increased by one digit, for example, the original "SuH · D1234" has been upgraded to "SuH · D12345"; In terms of number grouping method, the encoding rule of special plates for new energy vehicles is province abbreviation (1 Chinese character)+license issuing authority code (1 letter)+serial number (6 digits). The letter D and F (D for pure electric new energy vehicles, F for non pure electric new energy vehicles) shall be used in the first place of the special plate for small new energy vehicles. The letter or number can be used in the second place, and the last four digits must be numbers. The sixth digit of the special plate for large new energy vehicles starts with the letters D and F (D represents pure electric new energy vehicles, F represents non pure electric new energy vehicles), and the first five digits must use numbers.
