GT-12 series solid insulated ring network switchgear is a fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance free solid insulated vacuum switchgear. The high-voltage live parts are cast with epoxy resin with excellent insulation performance. The vacuum interrupter, main electric circuit and insulation support are organically integrated into a whole. The functional units are connected by fully insulated solid bus. Therefore, the whole switchgear is not affected by the external environment, which can ensure the reliability of equipment operation and the safety of operators.

1、 Environmental protection

All the materials used in the product manufacturing are non-toxic and harmless substances, and no toxic substances will be discharged in use. The materials can be recycled after the life cycle, which determines the environmental protection of the use.

All insulated, fully sealed and fully shielded epoxy resin switch body, fuse body (epoxy resin has excellent electrical, mechanical and thermal properties, and has been used in electrical equipment for a long time and achieved good results.) The switch cylinder and fuse cylinder are molded by epoxy resin APG process. Insulating cylinder is the key component of solid insulation switch, which is not only an insulating part but also a bearing part. It is required to meet the technical requirements of heat resistance, weather resistance, cracking resistance, high mechanical strength and good insulation strength.

2、 Wide range of application

The switch barrel and the operating mechanism box of the disconnector adopt the dynamic and static sealing structure to form a sealing cavity, which is filled with dry nitrogen at zero gauge pressure without using SF6 gas and isolated from the external environment, so as to ensure the full working condition of the switch cabinet.

3、 Convenient installation and transportation

Single cabinet structure, unified design of the whole series of products, providing a variety of cabinet types required by users, and consistent geometric dimensions. General insulated bus bar and cable plug head produced by cable accessories manufacturer are adopted. The switch cabinet can be assembled on site and expanded at will to avoid the inconvenience of transportation and installation caused by multiple combinations. Combination cabinet can also be provided if required by users.

4、 Maintenance free

In addition to the operating mechanism, the high-voltage switch part of solid insulation indoor AC high-voltage vacuum switch cabinet is in a fully sealed state, which can avoid cleaning and maintenance and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance.

5、 Security

Due to the shielding measures for the touchable parts, the occurrence of electric shock accidents is eliminated and the safety usability is improved. Perfect interlocking system of coupling and coupling, three-phase isolation fracture can be seen clearly, avoiding the occurrence of misoperation accident. The application of SF6 gas is canceled, and the explosion accident caused by the decrease of insulation performance and arc extinguishing capacity of SF6 ring main unit due to insufficient gas pressure is avoided. Strengthen phase to phase isolation structure to avoid expansion or explosion accident caused by phase to phase or multi loop short circuit. The vacuum interrupter with explosion-proof performance is adopted, and the switch sleeve has further protection performance for the switch. The auxiliary grounding switch of load switch fuse combination apparatus is fixed in the fuse body with vacuum switch tube.

6、 Ease of operation

The disconnector grounding switch has only one operating handle, so there is no need to identify and worry about errors. When the circuit breaker is running, the operating handle of the disconnector grounding switch can not be operated, and the operation procedure is clear at a glance. As long as the personnel with a little electrician knowledge can operate, there is no need to carry out complex technical training. In this way, the operation becomes extremely simple, and there are no mistakes.

8、 Multiple operating mechanisms

Low temperature and cold area: no SF6 gas application, no need to consider the low temperature operation of SF6 gas, and it can operate normally at - 45 ℃.

No need to consider the influence of Plateau Atmospheric Pressure on insulation performance.

Strong sandstorm area: the safety protection grade of solid insulated ring main unit is IP67, and the control loop room adopts special treatment to ensure long-term operation in strong sandstorm area.
