The controller refers to the master device that changes the wiring of the main circuit or control circuit and changes the resistance value in the circuit in order to control the start, speed regulation, braking and reverse of the motor. It is composed of program counter, instruction register, instruction decoder, timing generator and operation controller. It is an auxiliary equipment for making electromagnetic chuck. It can make the remanence of the workpiece less than one thousandth, and has the auxiliary equipment for protecting the machine tool. The suction force of the electromagnetic disk is precisely adjusted to meet the requirements of magnetic force for different disks to process different workpieces.

When the current voltage of 380V is reduced through the transformer, converted to 110V DC through rectifier rectification, and then entered into the suction cup through the control device, the suction cup is magnetized, and the reverse voltage line is connected during demagnetization, so the controller achieves demagnetization function.

2. Access controller

Access control controller is the core of access control system. It is the system brain that controls the access channel. It is developed on the basis of traditional door lock. Door controller is a kind of access control product which combines card reading and control. It has independent type and networking type. In short, the access control controller is a machine integrating the access control panel and the card reader. The high-end point also includes the keyboard and the display screen. It can be used as a complete access control system only when the power is connected.

The access controller works in two modes. One is patrol inspection mode, the other is identification mode. In patrol mode, the controller continuously sends inquiry code to the reader and receives the reply command from the reader. This mode is maintained until the card reader senses the card. When the card reader senses the card, the card reader has different replies to the patrol command of the controller. In this reply command, the card reader transmits the internal code data of the sensing card read to the access controller to enter the identification mode. In the identification mode of the access controller, the access controller analyzes the internal code of the induction card, compares it with the card data stored in the equipment, and implements the follow-up actions. After the access control controller completes the action of receiving data, it will send a command to reply to the card reader, so that the card reader can return to the state, at the same time, the access control controller will return to the patrol mode.
