上海能伏移動應急電源車系列，采用國內的汽車底盤 ( 重慶五十鈴、東風等 )，具有優良的空氣動力特性、燃油經濟性和優美的外觀，駕駛室采用高強度鍍鋅鋼板封閉式結構，氣懸式座椅可自動調節寬敞舒適，內置車載式空調及立體聲收錄機等，采用 50~55 度環境溫度水箱；以應對夏季的高溫環境，保障機組的正常使用。

移動應急電源車系列廂體采用整體鋼性體焊接全封閉結構，具有強度高、質量輕、焊接量小，密封性好，防雨、防塵、隔熱、防火、防銹等特點；廂體內部預優良行降噪處理，降噪消音材料全部采用防火阻燃降噪材料，以保證正常使用和消除火災安全隱患，車輛廂體設置下圍箱，箱內設置工具箱，放置相關維修工具、接地裝置等物品。箱內可提供液壓驅動和手動一體的電纜絞盤。

The series compartments of mobile emergency power supply vehicles adopt the whole rigid body welded totally enclosed structure, which has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, small welding amount, good sealing, rain-proof, dust-proof, heat insulation, fire prevention and rust prevention, etc. The interior of the car body is pre-noise-reduced, and all noise-reducing and silencing materials are fireproof, flame-retardant and noise-reducing materials, so as to ensure normal use and eliminate potential fire safety hazards. The car body is provided with a lower enclosure, in which a toolbox is set, and related maintenance tools, grounding devices and other items are placed. Cable winch with hydraulic drive and manual operation can be provided in the cabinet.
